Gov Walz needs to activate the National Guard to protect the congressional delegations trying to visit these ICE facilities. Frankly, all blue governors should do this and support a wave of simultaneous inspections for all the facilities in their states.
It was just a matter of time. Also just a matter of time is when the ICE Gestapo first breaks into and enters somebody's house without consent. I haven't heard of that happening yet, but it's just a matter of time. Mark my words here.

Everyone should read about the Zimbardo experiment where college students were randomly selected to be “jailers” or “prisoners” in actual cells. The jailers were dressed like cops (including mirrored sunglasses), the prisoners were dressed like inmates. The experiment had to be stopped early, because the students dressed as jailers were emotionally abusing and humiliating the students in the cells. Both sets of randomly assigned students had been psychologically screened and were well balanced. Unlike ICE agents. This is why screening and oversight is critical.
How is it that Obama and Biden deported more illegals per year than Trump did? Obama and Biden had fewer ICE and Border Patrol agents than Trump has, and Obama and Biden followed the law, due process and without violence. That should prove to everyone that what Trump’s armed, armored and masked ICE agents are doing in blue cities has virtually nothing to do with immigration. It’s about fear, intimidation and a lawless authoritarian regime.
