They crossed deserts for safety. Some were five. Some were eight. Some were too young to name what happened to them but old enough to remember. The girls said he came at night. That he used his keys to enter their rooms at Southwest Key's Casa Franklin shelter in El Paso. That he touched them. Again. And again.
